Ingredients

1/3 cup oats

1/2 cup water

1 serving @promix vanilla whey protein powder

1 tbsp peanut butter

1/2 tbsp maple syrup, honey or sweetener of choice

pinch of salt

1/2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

How to:

Directions

Add the oats, water, protein powder, peanut butter, maple syrup and pinch of salt to a blender.

Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Pour into an oven safe bowl and microwave for 1.5-2 minutes. The edges should be cooked but the center should still be a little soft.
