Crab Rangoon Nachos

6 oz – Imitation Crab Meat
8 oz – Cream Cheese, softened
1 oz – Soy Sauce
¾ C – Red Rooster Sweet Chili Sauce
½ C – Green Onion, chopped
1 pkg - Wontons
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the wontons into triangles, about the size of a tortilla chip.
Lay flat on a sheet tray lined with parchment and place in the oven to cook for 5-8 minutes. Watch closely as they go from toasted to burned very quickly.
Combine the softened cream cheese and soy sauce and stir together. Add warm water, a little at a time until the mixture resembles a cheese sauce.
Shred the imitation crab meat.
Build the nachos with a bed of wonton chips, drizzled with the cream cheese mixture.
Top with imitation crab and a drizzle of Red Rooster.
Finish with a healthy dose of green onions and enjoy!
