4 tbsps light soy sauce
1.5 tbsps oyster sauce
Some cornstarch solution
Directions
Fry chicken skin down for 2 minutes
Add sugar fry 5 minutes
Add spices and dark soy sauce, stir
And carrots and potatoes
Cover with water
Add light soy and fish sauces
Cook 40 minutes
Thicken with cornstarch
