• ½ cup rolled oats

• 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

• 1 tbsp peanut butter

• ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

• 1 tsp chia seeds

• 1 tsp honey (optional)

Directions

In a mason jar, mix oats, protein powder, chia seeds, and almond milk until smooth. Stir in peanut butter, drizzle with honey if desired, and cover.
