My Famous High-protein Baked Ziti

Ingredients

Protein pasta

Ground beef

Garlic + onion

Bell peppers

Kale (or any veggies you like)

Tomato sauce

Olive oil

Mozzarella

Parmigiano

Seasonings

Smoked paprika

Oregano

Salt & pepper

Any extra Italian spices you love

Directions

Boil water and cook your protein pasta. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, drizzle olive oil and sauté garlic + onions.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Add bell peppers, kale, or any veggies you like.

Season with smoked paprika, oregano, salt & pepper.

Pour in tomato sauce and let everything simmer.

Mix the cooked pasta into the meat sauce.

Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella + parmigiano.

Broil for ~5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

Serve and enjoy 🤌
