MANGO BREAD

2 cups flour
2tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1-1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup melted oleo ,butter or oil
1/4 cup nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
2-1/2 cups mangoes, finely chopped
3 eggs
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together in to a large bowl. Make a well and place all other ingredients in to well; mix. Pour in to a greased 9x5 loaf pan and let stand for 20 mins. Bake at 350F for 45 mins to an hour.
