Ingredients

Seasoned shredded meat or seasoned potato mixture

Finely shredded cheese

salt & pepper to taste

Mix 2 Tbsp of all-purpose flour with 3 Tbsp cold water for paste

18 corn tortillas

cooking oil for frying

Directions

Prepare meat or potatoes. Fill a skillet about an inch deep with oil. Get oil hot. Roll the flautas and use the flour/water mixture as a paste to seal. Lay in pan seam side down first. Fry until golden then flip over.

To keep crisp, put in paper bag.
