Homemade Mustard

1c water
1/2c Apple cider or distilled vinegar (1/4c more for more tangy taste)
1c mustard powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk until smooth. Bring to a boil.
Once boiling, simmer for 5-10 minutes while stirring until it thickens.
Store in the fridge for several months. Flavor will continue to develop as it sits.
