1 package of Rhodes frozen bread loaf
1 pound lean ground beef
1 package of Polly Mozzarella cheese
1 beaten egg
Directions
Take out frozen bread in morning. Place on a pan with room to expand. Bread needs to thaw and rise which takes about 8 hours. Must be in a place where temperatures don't fluctuate (not over a vent). You can lay a piece of plastic wrap on top to keep it from drying out if you want. If you do this, add a little olive oil on top of bread so the plastic wrap doesn't stick.
Cook hamburger meat. Drain and rinse. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add onion powder if desired.
Cut up desired amount cheese in small pieces.
Once dough has thawed and risen. Punch it down and turn onto a sheet of parchment paper lightly sprayed with olive oil. Press out to rectangle. Add beef and top with cheese. Roll up. Brush outside of bread with one beaten egg. Cook at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. (Use the sides of the parchment paper to help you roll the bread. Don't be afraid to stretch it. Doesn't have to be perfect.)
Notes
Can add any toppings - mushrooms, peppers, pepperoni, etc.
