Easy, Healthy Chili Lime Salmon Bites. Packed with Protein,

Ingredients

6 salmon fillets, cut into cubes

2 tsp olive oil

squeeze of 1 lime

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

1 tbsp any hot sauce (I use sriracha)

1 tbsp honey (or any sweetener)

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp chili powder

2 tsp paprika and onion powder

optional: 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

toppings: sesame seeds, green onions, hot sauce

Directions

cut salmon fillets into cubes

add to a bowl with all remaining ingredients. mix well and let it marinade for at least 15 minutes.

bake in the oven at 400F for 10-12 minutes or in the airfryer at 400F for 8-10 minutes

add toppings, and serve with rice or by itself

Serving Size: 3 (approx. 2 fillets per person)
