Smoked plum (Wu Mei) – 3 pieces
Dried hawthorn slices – 10 g
Dried tangerine peel (Chen Pi) – 5 g
Licorice root (Gan Cao) – 5 g
Rock sugar – to taste
Directions
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly
2. Soak in water for 20–30 minutes
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes
4. Add rock sugar and stir until dissolved
5. Let cool before drinking (can be refrigerated)
