3-ingredient Protein Bagels

200g Bread Flour
200g 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
Seasonings
Garlic Powder
Salt
Everything Bagel Seasoning (for topping)
Directions
Add bread flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt into a bowl. Mix until combined.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth and fully combined.
Cut dough into 2 large or 4 smaller pieces. I’d recommend 4 for a more normal sized bagel.
Roll each piece into a rope shape, then connect the ends and pinch together to form your bagel.
Brush the tops with an egg wash and sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning.
Air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes or Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes
Let cool slightly… then slice, toast, and enjoy.
