Feta Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Feta Cheese

1 Lemon

1 clove Garlic

1 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Dill

1/2 cup Cucumber

1 pinch Salt

1 pinch Ground Black Pepper

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine Plain Greek Yogurt (1/2 cup) and Feta Cheese (1/2 cup) until smooth. Stir in the juice from Lemon (1), Garlic (1 clove), and Fresh Dill (1 1/2 tsp).

Set Cucumber (1/2 cup) in a colander or sieve and press out as much water as you can. Stir into the yogurt mixture and season with Salt (1 pinch) and Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).

For maximum tastiness, refrigerate to let flavors blend for at least 30 minutes before serving.
