3/4 cups shredded cabbage (or pre washed, bagged coleslaw cabbage mixture)
1/8 cup chopped celery
1 small carrot, sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise (save calories with light or olive oil mayo)
1/8 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon horseradish
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, celery and carrot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir to coat. Yields 3 servings (yummy slaw add-ins, peanuts, water chestnuts, sunflower seeds)
