Protein Pancakes Mix

Ingredients

For the dry mix:

1 cup rolled oats, blended

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

1 cup whey protein isolate

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Cinnamon - optional

Directions

Combine ingredients.

For the pancakes:

1/2 cup milk

1 egg

For one serving, whisk together 1 cup of dry mix with milk and egg until combined.

Heat butter or oil in a large pan on medium heat. Pour a scoop of the batter into the hot pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.

One serving has 14g of protein.
