I have soooo much more in store for you all - but in the meantime, here’s one of my absolute faves from the series ❤️

RECIPE BELOW - serves 2

3 sheets of filo pastry

Approx 1-2 tbsp olive oil (plus approx 50ml olive oil for shallow frying)

1/2 block of feta (cut length ways in the middle)

20-30g honey

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp black sesame seeds

Directions

1.) Lay out the filo pastry sheets and brush about a tbsp of olive oil on top.

2.) Place the block of feta cheese in the middle and fold the filo pastry sheets like you’re wrapping a parcel.

3.) Heat up the additional olive oil in a frying pan over a medium to high heat. After a minute, add the tiropita and fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes until golden and crispy.

4.) Place the crispy tiropita on a plate lined with kitchen roll to absorb the excess oil. Then remove and serve with honey and sesame seeds on top.
