BLT Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayo

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Champagne vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1-2 cloves garlic grated

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

salt and black pepper

2 cups torn ciabatta

1 clove garlic, sliced or grated

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound short cut pasta

1 head romaine lettuce, shredded

2 cups cherry tomatoes halved

1 cup cubed spicy cheddar cheese

8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup fresh basil leaves torn

Directions

1. To make the dressing. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.1. Preheat the oven to 425° F. Toss together the ciabatta, garlic, and a pinch of salt with the olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes until toasted.3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Boil the pasta to al dente, according to package directions. Drain.4. In a large bowl, toss the hot pasta with the dressing and cheese cubes. Mix in the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and croutons, tossing to combine.
