Feta Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Feta Cheese

1 tablespoon Honey

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine Plain Greek Yogurt (1 cup), Feta Cheese (1/2 cup), and Honey (1 Tbsp) until smooth.

Pour into a wide dish. It shouldn't be a very thick layer. Freeze until solid.

Break frozen mixture into chunks and add back into your blender, along with a few Tbsp of water or milk. Blitz until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to get everything blended.

Serve drizzled with extra honey.
