Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

2 lbs chicken, cooked and lightly shredded
10 ½ oz can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup milk, I use whole milk
½ cup @heinz Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Gravy
4 tbsp butter
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
2 cups chicken broth
12 oz herb seasoned stuffing
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a pot melt butter over medium heat. Add in diced bell pepper and onion, sauté for about 5 minutes or until soften. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in stuffing mixture until fully incorporated
In a bowl add shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, milk and @heinz gravy. Stir together until combined
In a butter 9x12 pan evenly layer chicken mixture and stuffing on top. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with extra gravy on top
