High Protein Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients

One of my favorite ways to up my protein game first thing in the morning! These are so good and fluffy you wouldn’t even know they’re healthy!

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 eggs

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 cup flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

chocolate chips to taste

How to:

Directions

Start by adding your cottage cheese, eggs, milk, melted butter, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend on medium speed for two minutes.

In a separable, add your flour and baking powder. Then add your blended cottage cheese mixture and fold until combined. Add in your chocolate chips andmixed until combined.

Heat up a skillet on medium low heat and add your batter. Flip once you see bubbles start to form on the surface.

Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!!
