Creamy Garlic Beef & Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

2 lbs 96/4 Lean Ground Beef (907g raw)

1: 12 oz Box Barilla Protein+ Pasta (340g dry)

1 Onion, Diced

12 oz Mushrooms, Sliced

2 Cups Baby Spinach (60g)

3 Tbsp Minced Garlic (45g)

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste (16g)

1 Cup Beef Broth (240mL)

2 Cups Parmesan Cheese (200g)

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

Directions

1.) Cook pasta, drain, and set aside.

2.) Cook beef, onion, and seasonings until browned.

3.) Add mushrooms and cook until softened.

4.) Stir in garlic and tomato paste.

5.) Add broth and parmesan; simmer until slightly thickened.

6.) Add pasta and spinach; mix until wilted and coated.

7.) Divide into 6 servings and store or serve.
