Ingredients

1 small can chopped jalapeno peppers

1 can garbanzo beans

1 can pinto beans

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can black beans

1 small jar chopped red pepper

1 small onion

1 each green, red, yellow pepper

1 cup celery

Directions

Drain all cans and put into a large bowl. (Rinse beans) Add chopped veggies.

DRESSING

1 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. pepper 1 T. water 3/4 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup oil (I use olive oil and a little less than ½ cup) 1 cup sugar (1 use about 34 cup)

Mix together in sauce pan and boil for 1-2 minutes. Let cool and pour over the beans and veggies. Serve with scoops or whatever you want.
