Smashed Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive
Directions
Preheat oven to 220 Celsius
Boil water with salt and add cauliflower florets for 3 mins
In a small bowl, stir together the salt, olive oil, and parsley
Drain well the cauliflower florets and arrange a baking tray with parchment paper. Smash each floret with the bottom of glass. Brush evenly with the mixture
Bake for 20-25 mins or until crisp on edges

Next time try much higher heat
