Air Fryer Carrots and Potatoes

1 pound carrots
1 pound potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
Directions
Peel and cut carrots into slices.
Wash and cut potatoes into pieces roughly the same size as your carrots.
In a large bowl, combine your potatoes and carrots, then drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Add your carrots and potatoes to your air fryer basket and brown them at 360F for 12 minutes.
While they are browning, combine seasonings in a small bowl.
Once the carrots and potatoes have completed cooking, remove them from the air fryer and coat in the seasonings and remaining olive oil.
Put them back in the air fryer to cook at 320F for an additional 8 minutes.
Remove them from the air fryer, serve while hot, and enjoy!
