Nigel’s Chicken Curry

2lbs Chicken breast
4 cans chickpeas
2 packs chopped onions
2 cups Chicken Broth
Chicken bouillon cube
3 tbsp Curry Seasoning
Seasoned salt to taste
Directions
Sauté onions (2 prechopped packs)
Rinse chick peas… and pour them in the pot with onions along with chicken broth, bullion, and season salt to taste
Let the chick peas get soft (about 20 minutes)
While chickpeas simmer, cook chicken then add to pot
Add curry seasoning and let simmer
