Teriyaki Honey Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

3 lbs Chicken Breast (1,360g)

1: 14.5 oz Box Barilla Protein+ Pasta (392g dry)

3/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce (~180mL)

1/4 Cup Honey (84g)

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce (60mL)

2 Tbsp Minced Garlic (16g)

1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated (or 1½ tsp ground ginger)

2 Bell Peppers, sliced (300g)

1 Red Onion, sliced (150g)

2 Cups Snow Peas (250g)

1 Tbsp Sesame Oil

2 Tsp Pepper

2 Tsp Onion Powder

2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

1.) Cook chicken with sauces and seasonings in crockpot (high 3–4 hrs or low 6–8 hrs).

2.) Cook pasta near the end; drain.

3.) Shred chicken, add veggies; cook until tender-crisp.

4.) Stir in pasta and sesame oil; heat through.

5.) Cool and divide into 8 containers (or eat now).
