Cinnamon Toast Crunch Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups Carbquik

2 scoops of cinnamon toast protein powder

1/8 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup water (add more as needed for consistency you'd like)

1 stick butter (melted)

1 egg, beaten

Directions

-Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Adjust water as needed to make a smooth, pourable batter

-Mix just enough to combine all ingredients. Do not overmix.

-Ladle portions onto sprayed griddle or frying pan heated to medium high heat.

-Flip when bubbles form and edges are cooked. After removing from heat, brush with butter (optional).
