Viral Hailey Bieber Cottage Cheese Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

Wet ingredients:

1 1/4 cup cottage cheese

1 tsp vanilla

2 tbsp maple syrup

Dry ingredients:

1 3/4 cup flour (plus extra for rolling + preventing sticking)

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Cinnamon sugar filling:

1–2 tbsp coconut oil

1/4-1/3 cup brown sugar

3 tbsp cinnamon

Icing:

2-4 tbsp leftover wet mixture

3 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions

Blend together the wet ingredients, save 2–4 tbsp for the icing.

Mix wet and dry ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.

Knead dough into a ball and roll out on a floured surface (add more flour if sticky). Spread coconut oil over dough, then add cinnamon sugar filling.

Roll from the widest side and cut into ~1 inch rolls. Bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes.

Mix separated wet mixture with powdered sugar for the icing.

Glaze the cinnamon rolls and enjoy 🤍
