Chicken Taco Pasta

Ingredients

16 ounces pasta or Rice

1 lb cubed chicken

2 Tablespoons taco seasoning

1 Tablespoon Olive oil

1+ teaspoons minced garlic

1.5 cups half-and-half

3 tablespoons butter

parmesan cheese, to taste

Directions

Cook pasta or Rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile put the raw cubed chicken in a bowl. Evenly coat the chicken with the taco seasoning using enough olive oil to have an even coat.

Transfer chicken into a medium or large skillet and cook until cooked through.

Mince the garlic directly into the cooked chicken. Mix until combined.

Stir in the half-and-half, and butter. Cook until just heated.

Now either add drained pasta or rice and toss mix to coat. OR transfer to table to serve as a topping.

Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
