total timeIngredients
1 cup warm water
One 3-ounces package flavored gelatin mix of choice, such as Jell-O
3/4 cup cold vodka
1/4 cup cold water
Directions
Bring the warm water to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, about 3 minutes. Meanwhile, put the flavored gelatin mix in a heat-resistant 4-cup glass liquid measuring cup. Carefully pour the boiling water over the gelatin and whisk until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Let cool for 30 minutes.
Arrange twelve 2-ounce cups with lids on a small sheet pan. Once the mixture is cooled, stir in the vodka and cold water. Divide evenly between the cups and place the sheet pan in the refrigerator to set, at least 3 hours to overnight. The Jell-O shots can be covered with their lids and refrigerated for up to 5 days.
