4 oz chicken breast, cubed

1 cup mixed cherry tomatoes, onions, bell peppers

½ cup cooked whole wheat couscous

1 teaspoon olive oil

Salt, pepper, and herbs

Directions

Marinate Chicken

Toss chicken with oil, salt, pepper, herbs.

Skewer & Grill

Alternate chicken and veggies

Grill about 10–12 minutes.

Plate skewers with couscous.
