Ingredients

1 large can of chicken (Costco) break it up really small (or 1.5-2 cups rotisserie chicken)

2 stalk of celery (cut in half length wise, then cut thin)

3-4 pickles (cut in 1/4 length wise, then cut thin)

1/4 to 1/2 of a purple onion (diced)

3/4 honeycrisp apple (peeled and diced)

2 cranks on the Himalayan pink salt

8 cranks on the black pepper grinder

1 teaspoon of celery salt

2 tablespoons of chopped garlic (the predone stuff)

Splash of pickle juice

About 3/4 cup of real Mayo

Directions

Mix ingredients and refrigerate
