Chicken and Broccoli Curry Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound broccoli florets (or a bag of frozen broccoli)

2 eups chicken cooked and sliced

2 cans soup, cream of chicken

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Cook broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp and arrange in a dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and combined bread crumbs and butter. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.

Notes

Mom's Notes:

I use a bag of frozen broccoli. Cook it first. I also dice the chicken into I" chunks and just mix everything together then do the topping.
