300 Lbs Pork Butts (4 cases)
7 Lbs Rock Salt
Garlic Salt
1 Gallon Liquid Smoke
Directions
Roll Pork Butts in pan with liquid smoke
Place in pans with fat side up, add salt, sprinkle with garlic salt
Cover pan wit foil (making a tight seal).
Bake 4 hours @ 450F or until meat fall away from the bone.
Remove meat and save juice remaining in pans.
Cool juice, remove and discard fat.
Add pan juices to the shredded pork when reheating.
Heat Pork, add pan liquid, water and salt to taste.
