Crockpot French Onion Meatballs Are Easy to Make and So Good

1 1/2 lbs Frozen homemade meatballs or store-bought
2 onions, sliced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika
1/2 tsp each black pepper and thyme
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
10 oz can condensed French onion soup
3/4 cup low sodium beef broth
Mozzarella cheese
Dried parsley
Egg noodles
Cornstarch slurry (optional)
Directions
Add frozen meatballs to your crockpot. Top with sliced onions, butter, and seasonings. Add Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, French onion soup, and low sodium beef broth.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours. For thicker gravy you can add a cornstarch slurry. Mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with 2 tbsp cold water. Stir this into the slow cooker.
If serving over egg noodles, boil a package following the directions on the package.
Top meatballs with shredded cheese and let sit in the crockpot until melted. Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice. Top with dried parsley. Enjoy!
