Jack fruit
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Coconut aminos
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Pinch of Cumin
Everything seasoning (for topping)
Juice of 1/2 a lime
3 tbsp Egg white
1 tsp Honey
Directions
Add shredded cabbage, carrots, jackfruit, and green onion to a bowl. Add egg whites, dijon mustard, garlic, red wine vinegar, coconut aminos, honey, ginger powder and lime juice. Mix. Place in pancake shape on pan with medium head. Cook on each side 5-7 minutes. Increase and decrease heat as needed.
