3 chop steak

1 tsp salt

2 tsp pepper

1 sleeve saltines, crushed

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup milk

2 large eggsoil

Directions

1. Using a meat mallet or rolling pin flatten meat to 1/4" thick2. Sprinkle with half of the salt and pepper and set aside3. In a large bowl combine crushed crackers, salt, flour, pepper, baking powder4. In another bowl whisk together eggs and milk5. Dredge meat in cracker mixture, dip in milk mix, then cracker mix again6.
