Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 550g Diced Chicken Breast (500g cooked)

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1 tsp Turmeric

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 15g Ginger

  • 100g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt

For the Gravy:

  • 20g Light Butter

  • 1/2 Sliced Onion

  • 15g Cashew Nut Butter (or regular cashew nuts)

  • 400g Diced/Chopped Tomatoes

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp Garam Masala

  • 1 tsp Turmeric

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 15g Ginger

  • 40g Low Fat Greek Yoghurt

For the Burritos:

  • 4 Low Calorie Wraps/Tortillas

  • 280g Cooked White Rice (70g in each burrito)

  • Cilantro

Directions

  • Evenly Distribute Butter Chicken Into Each Wrap (weigh total amount and divide by 4)

  • To reheat: thaw in fridge overnight, bake At 200 degrees Celsius for 8 - 12 minutes.

  • Can also be air fried at 190 degrees Celsius for 5 - 8 minutes.
