Ingredients

• ½ cup rolled oats

• ½ cup almond milk

• ¼ cup pumpkin puree

• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

• ½ tsp pumpkin spice

• 1 tsp maple syrup

Directions

Mix oats, pumpkin, protein powder, milk, pumpkin spice, and maple syrup in a jar until creamy. Chill overnight in the fridge. Top with crushed pecans or pumpkin seeds in the morning.
