I saw there’s supposed to be rainy this coming weekend so here’s the perfect easy recipe to make to enjoy the chilly weather! 🥹🌧️

This recipe was so fast and easy to make. We bought this korean pot from @hmartofficial for around $10? i think and it’s so cute!! I think i looked at a bunch of recipes online for the based ingredients but really just winged it for amounts so definitely beginner friendly and you can make it your own! ☺️

Vegetables Oil

Sesame Oil

Green Onions

Onions

Garlic

Gochugaru

Shoyu

Oyster Sauce

Sugar

Kimchi, optional

Water/Stock

Soft Tofu

Enoki Mushroom

Directions

Heat Vegetable and sesame oil, and add in your chopped green onions and onion to sauté. Add in your seasonings: minced garlic, gochugaru, shoyu, oyster sauce, sugar. Optionally: add kimchi. Add in water or broth to fill the pot and cover to boil for a few minutes. Add your soft tofu and enoki mushroom and let it boil a little longer, then enjoy 🫶
