For the cake:

Directions

Add 1 egg together with 50 grams of stevia (or prefered sweetener), 50 grams of full-fat yogurt, 25 grams of flour, 1/2 cutted apple, 1 tsp. of baking powder, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon and a pinch of salt & mix!

Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius. Let the cake cool off for about 20 minutes.

For the frosting:

Add 50 grams of full-fat yogurt together with 1 tsp. of vanilla extract & 1 tbsp. of stevia (or prefered sweetener).

Bake the left over apples for 3 minutes with 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon powder & add over the frosting.
