My Actual Favorite Sweet Breakfast

Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen strawberry

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice

Directions

Heat fruit in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the strawberry begins to break down and bubble. You can mash it with a fork to break it down to a texture you like.

Stir in the chia seeds and lemon juice until combined.

Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes or more, until the jam thickens.

Doesn’t get any easier than that 🫶🏽
