Ingredients

Here is one of my most popular recipes: berry ‘cheesecake’ oat bake 🍓

It’s super simple, satisfying, nourishing, and over 35 g protein + fiber. Dessert for breakfast that fuels your morning!

Ingredients (Serves 1)

¾ cup (170 g) plain Greek yogurt (non‑fat or low‑fat)

2 large eggs

⅓ cup (30 g) rolled oats

1 tbsp maple syrup

½ cup frozen berries (for topping)

Directions

Preheat oven to 190°C (fan‑forced) / 375°F (convection).

Add Greek yogurt, eggs, oats, and maple syrup to a blender/food processor. Blend until smooth.

Pour mixture into a small baking dish (approx. 8” × 6” / 20 × 15 cm).

Scatter frozen berries evenly on top.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, until set in the center and lightly golden around the edges.

Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, or refrigerate for a firmer texture.
