Korean Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

300g Chicken Thighs

1 Tsp Salt

1 Tsp Pepper

1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

Green Onion or Chinese Leek

1/2 Onion

Gochujang Suace:

1 Tbsp Gochujang

1 Tbsp Soy sauce

1/2 Tbsp-Brown Stevia

5ml Sesame Oil

10g Honey

Directions

Into a bowl combine the following ingredients 300g Chicken Thighs, 1 Tsp Salt, 1 Tsp Pepper, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, ½ Tbsp Minced Garlic and give it a mix.

Prep the vegetables into bite size chunks.

For wooden skewers, soak them in water before use to prevent burning.

Skwer the ingredients in order of personal preference.

Place them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven or air fryer at 400F for 12-14mins

Take them out, baste in the suace and throw them back into the oven on broil to achieve a nice char

Once the glaze has crystalized, take them out and enjoy!
