2 cups cottage cheese

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup fresh blueberries

1/2 cup almond flour

1/4 cup honey [2 tbs maple syrup]

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1/4 cup sliced almonds

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, almond flour, honey, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

Step 3: Gently fold in fresh blueberries and sliced almonds.

Step 4: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
