Ground turkey

Shredded Gouda cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

While oven is preheated…

Dice up your onions and bell peppers and sauté is minced garlic for 2- 3 minutes. Once done set aside

Homemade breakfast sausage:

In the same pan as the veggies…

Place ground turkey into the pan and season with:

Herbs de Provence (From Trader Joes not Aldi)

Sea Salt▫️Black Pepper▫️onion and garlic powder▫️smoked paprika.

Let’s give everything a good mix and also crumbled up the ground turkey.

Let this cook for about 5 minutes or until meat turns like brown.

Egg Bites

Spray each cup cake cup with extra virgin olive oil…

Crack in one whole egg, 1 egg white, and 1 ounces of the turkey breakfast sausage. Then give it a good mix.

Next, add in onions and bell peppers, spinach, and cheese.

Give everything one more very light mix and then place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Once done…

Place 2 or 3 egg bites in your meal prep container and add your favorite fruit. I used strawberries and grapes.

To reheat, remove egg bites and place on a plate. Then, place a wet paper towel on top of the egg bites and re heat in microwave for 60 seconds
