Broccoli Chicken Pasta with Boursin Sauce

1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Package Boursin Cheese
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 Onion
1 Tablespoon Fresh Garlic
Two tablespoons Butter
1 large Chicken Breast
1 Head Broccoli
½ Box Pasta of choice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut Broccoli into small pieces and blanch
Cut Chicken into small bite sized pieces
Dice Onion
Cook Pasta in boiling salted water to Al Dente
Heat Saute pan over medium heat then add butter and chicken to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cook untill browned. Do not over cook the chicken. Remove chicken from pan and set aside
Add onion to the pan (add additional butter if needed) and saute untill lightly caramelized. Add the garlic and sautee for 1 additional minute.
Add chicken broth to deglaze the pan and incorporate the fond
Add Boursin cheese and dissolve into the chicken broth
Add cooked broccoli to the pan
Add Heavy Cream and stir.
Use Cornstarch to thicken.
Add chicken and pasta to the pan and serve
