Crust Ingredients:
1 can chicken (12.5 oz), well drained
1/3 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese (simple ingredients only — or the crust won’t bake)
Seasonings to taste: garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil & oregano
Toppings:
1/2 cup marinara sauce (no added sugar, simple ingredients)
1/2 cup fat-free or 2% shredded mozzarella
Fresh spinach
Fresh basil
Fresh tomatoes
Sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 cup fat-free or regular feta (Trader Joe’s fat-free is elite)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Combine all crust ingredients in a bowl
Spread mixture on parchment over a wire pizza rack
Cover with parchment, roll into pizza shape, remove top parchment
Bake 15-20 min
Flip crust, remove parchment, bake 5 more minutes until golden
7.Add toppings
8.Bake until cheese is melted
