Ingredients

32 fl oz chicken broth (1 carton)

1lb chicken breast raw

2 tbsp AP flour

3 medium carrots

2 celery stalks

1/2 yellow onion

4 southern homestyle buttermilk biscuits

1 oz heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp poultry seasoning

1 tsp salt

Directions

clean chicken and slice thinly

weigh & season 1lb with 1 tsp poultry seasoning & salt (light)

heat 2 tbsp (14g) olive oil in pot

fry chicken 5 min both sides on 4 heat

prep vegetables

remove and let cool

add 2 tbsp butter

add carrots, celery, and onion

add salt (light) and poultry seasoning

stir, cover, cook 5 min

uncover, add broth slowly

increase to high heat

shred chicken into pot by hand

bring to boil, then simmer (3.5)

add 1 oz heavy cream

flatten biscuits and slice into tiny pieces w pizza cutter

coat in 2 tbsp flour & add dumplings on top (don’t dump)

cook covered on gentle simmer for 15 min

(don’t uncover)

add to 4 tupperware

enjoy
