Fruit, Avocado, & Feta Salad

Ingredients

lettuce (I use half romaine, half spinach)

apple, peeled and diced (about 1)

strawberries, sliced

avocado, diced

dried cranberries

sliced green onions

toasted sliced almonds

crumbled feta

3 tablespoons fresh orange juice

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

1 clove garlic

salt and pepper (about 1/4 t. salt and fresh cracked pepper)

Directions

For the salad: Arrange all ingredients in a bowl. Measurements are up to you and how much you like of everything.

For the dressing: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Dressing can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Toss salad with dressing right before serving to avoid sogginess.
